Well, I have the reverse of the problem below, i.e. not knowing how to search across all user spaces instead of mine only. Does there exist an universal search option now? Thanks, -- Jeff July 2, 2007

Hey Jeff, sorry it's taken a little while to get back.. just having some internet access issues at the moment..

The search feature currently has no way around the user space restriction, and I had meant to introduce a universal search, but I got caught up in other changes and haven't gotten around to it. I'll move the universal search back to the top of my list and get it done before the next release. Thanks for helping me stay on track and giving me feedback, --Josh

Hi, thanks for the search feature... but it seems that the Search feature is always universal across all users' spaces... I'd like to have a search which is restricted to just my wikyblog. :-(

It is that bad isn't it... I knew the search I implemented wasn't ideal. Search over a single user space wasn't going to be as efficient so I decided to start with the universal search... but I've had the same reaction on my development system :-( So, I've got the solution and hopefully have it fixed by the end of the day... and thanks for not letting me leave a mediocre feature the way it is!
