Version 1.0 Birthday

Not quite a year old, but we're moving to a V1 series today.

The biggest changes involved in the move are a restructured database and the ability to install WikyBlog on systems using MySQL 4.0+ instead of just 4.1+.

The single user-end change in V1 is a cleaned up Control Panel where I've added icons from FamFamFam.com.
