Version 0.7 Released

Version 0.7 is now available on SourceForge.net.

• Improved security: limiting access to php files, limiting login attempts
• Enhanced AJAX: Tags and User Menu are now updated when they are changed
• Site Configuration is now done via the config table instead of wiki.php
