Celebrating 1 Year as Open Source

WikyBlog 1.2 is being released today, one year after officially becoming an open source project.

Version 1.2 improves upon a number of requested features including packaged themes and handling of the tabbed interface. Administrators are also now given the option to choose the name for the default user account.

About the Tabbed Interface

The number of opened tabs is now limited to, by default, seven. When the limit is passed, excess tabs and the content associated with them will be removed from the interface. Tabs whose pages have not been loaded will be removed first and tabs with associated content that has been edited will not be removed unless it has been saved.

You can also change the limit in your preferences. A value of 0 will be reset to 7, so if you don't want the script to manage the tabs for you, set the limit 100 or so.

And as always, tabs can be managed with a number of keyboard shortcuts
