Workgroup

Users assigned the "workgroup" status will be able to edit "restricted" pages.

• To restrict editing of a single page to users within your workgroup, click the "Options" tab of the page.
• You can also make all newly created pages default to "restricted" by changing the default page options.

Full / Owner

Careful: Users assigned the "Full / Owner" status are given nearly complete access to your account.

They will be able to...

• view, edit and delete all pages including those locked and/or hidden.
• modify user permissions.
• upload and delete images.
• set default page options.

Banned

"Banned" users are restricted from all page editing within your account.

• This feature should only been used when someone has maliciously edited pages within your account.
