Insert Heading

I am looking for a solution which combines a blog with a wiki. I want to write as if I'm blogging, but link my blog entries as if they were part of a wiki. In particular, I need to be able to link to an entry before it is written, and I need the link to display that it points to a non-existent post. For me, it reminds me which parts of an entry I planned on expanding on. For my readers, it's a kind of computer-aided heavy-handed foreshadowing.
